4.2 Sub-licensing Restrictions. You further acknowledge and agree that Seagull Scientific may and, at any time, may, at its sole discretion, (a) condition or modify this license; (b) deem any license rights granted or any products purchased under the agreements/certificates your customers have subscribed to as invalid; (c) sub-license or re-assign you the licenses; and (d) assign or transfer the licenses fully or in part to any of our (i) fully or partially owned subsidiaries or (ii) wholly or partially owned subsidiary companies. Such transfers and re-assignments shall be unlimited but shall not unreasonably interfere with your use and use of the Software.
