Ya no aguanto más las soberanas tonterías infantiles de Donald Trump. En la primera legislatura hizo algunas cosas que no me parecieron mal del todo, pero ahora no hay por dónde cogerlo. Va de mal en peor.
Aranceles a diestro y siniestro. Hundimiento de la economía mundial. Cabreos y reacciones, cuál niño pequeño enfurruñado sin motivo y querer tener el control siempre sobre todo y todos, son algunos de los motivos que me han llevado a tomar esta decisión.
Amo Apple, su sistema operativo, sus productos. Su ecosistema me encanta y todo lo que representa, pero el problema es que es americano y ya estoy al límite de tanto modo yanki.
He pensado, valorado y decidido… y creo que como yo lo ha hecho mucha gente.Hoy por hoy el presidente americano ha eximido de sus aranceles a los productos tecnológicos, hasta que los vuelva a poner porque le interese o se le crucen los cables. En dos meses de gobierno que lleva, me ha cansado tantas rabietas y reacciones de abuelo senil de casi 80 años y ahora hablo yo.
No voy a dejar el iPhone, ni el iPad ni el MacBook, pero sí voy a dejar de darle un duro por aplicaciones, algunos dispositivos que en otro momento compraría y servicios. A partir de ahora voy a hacer lo posible por europeizarme y dejar a USA fuera de mi vida. Lo voy a hacer, pero sin agobios. Hay sustitutos europeos, o chinos, para casi todo. Suena muy macarra, pero a mis 40 y tantos nadie me dice lo que debo o no hacer y menos un idiota que se cree Dios y se pone a manejar el mundo como si de él dependiéramos.
Mi intención es cambiar poco a poco. Cambiar mi Apple Watch, luego hacer lo mismo con mis AirPods y seguir con mis AirTags y varias aplicaciones. Lo que no me pongo es tiempo límite para hacerlo, pero lo haré cuando me toque renovación. Me da rabia hacer esto, porque Apple funciona realmente bien, pero Trump no.
Hay muchas páginas web que proponen alternativas europeas a servicios y aplicaciones americanas y que tendré en cuenta en un futuro para determinadas aplicaciones.
Aclaro que mi situación de enfado personal es con Trump, no con los americanos.
